I am originally from Mankato, Minnesota. I graduated from Luther College and began teaching in Greene, Iowa in 1992. I started teaching at NFV High School in 1994. I completed a Master of Arts in Communication Education in 1999 from the University of Northern Iowa.

 

I coached large group and individual speech for over twenty years through the Iowa High School Speech Association.
